Imperial Dade in New York seeks a Finance professional to lead FP&A, forecasting, and commercial analytics to support growth and profitability.

You will partner with Commercial leadership, develop KPIs and dashboards, perform pricing analytics, and guide budgeting and monthly outlooks across multi-location operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive finance experience; ideally from consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced operating company.
• Strong understanding of P&L fundamentals and the key drivers of revenue, gross profit, and operating profitability.
• Advanced technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; ability to navigate large datasets.
• Effective communicator with the ability to deliver complex financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on, results-oriented; comfortable navigating complexity, driving change, and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships within a large organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales and gross profit analysis and forecasting, including evaluation of key drivers and risks.
• Act as a financial partner to Commercial leadership; provide actionable insights to support growth and profitability.
• Conduct pricing and customer profitability analytics to identify margin opportunities.
• Analyze Salesforce productivity, customer performance, and trends to find revenue growth opportunities.
• Support monthly reporting to executives and sponsors; analyze performance and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards (price/volume, sales productivity, customer profitability).
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting with reasonable assumptions and risk balancing.

Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You will:

• Lead sales and gross profit analysis and forecasting, including evaluation of key business drivers, financial trends, and risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a key financial partner to Commercial leadership, providing actionable insights to support sales growth, gross profit expansion, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Conduct pricing and customer profitability analytics to identify margin improvement opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Analyze Salesforce productivity, customer performance, and commercial trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved sales effectiveness. Track and report commercial synergies and strategic initiatives, including progress against targets and financial impact.
• Support monthly reporting to executive leadership and private equity sponsors, including analysis of financial performance, key business drivers, and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards (e.g., price/volume, sales productivity, customer profitability, etc.) to drive accountability and measure performance against company goals.
• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, supported by reasonable assumptions and inclusive of a balanced set of risks and opportunities.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive, relevant Finance experience; ideally from consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced operating company. Experience with a multi-location business in a public or private equity-backed environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L fundamentals and the key drivers of revenue, gross profit, and operating profitability.
• Advanced technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and the ability to navigate large, complex datasets.
• Effective communicator with the ability to deliver complex financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity, driving change, and meeting deadlines with urgency and sound judgment.
• Proven ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and experience operating in a large organization.
