Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior Director of Finance to oversee FP&A for a $500M revenue business unit. You will set financial goals with executive leadership, analyze results, and lead monthly/quarterly reporting and forecasting.

This role drives long-term strategy and cross-functional initiatives to maximize profitability. Outstanding candidates will manage SOX compliance, deliver strategic pricing and M&A insights, and develop leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in finance/accounting with people management.
• Experience in publicly traded manufacturing or construction firms.
• Strong understanding of POC (percentage of completion).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial disciplines.
• Ability to provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A for a $500M revenue business unit.
• Set financial and functional goals with the GM and ELT.
• Evaluate operating results, costs, budgets and profit opportunities.
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and forecasting.
• Long-term strategic planning.
• Conduct monthly business reviews to drive profit plan execution.
• Prioritize opportunities and lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and corporate financial policies.
• Provide financial leadership on strategic projects (pricing decisions, M&A).
• Develop leaders and build organizational capability through hiring and succession planning.
• Drive finance functional excellence and stability through global alignment.
• Foster an environment aligned with company goals and continuous improvement.
