Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in FP&A, expert financial modeling, and proven cross-functional leadership with ability to influence strategic decisions and manage a finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A, finance, accounting, or business performance management.
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders in a finance business partner capacity.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to BU President/GM and leadership team.
• Lead development of annual operating plans, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly outlooks.
