Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene, & Madison Counties seeks a Finance Specialist to handle day-to-day financial, payroll, HR, and admin duties in a hands-on, confidential environment. The role requires strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

The on-site, contract position involves vendor management, payroll processing, HR system setup, and supporting annual budgets and reporting. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance is required or equivalent government accounting experience.
• Additional education or experience in accounting, payroll, or HR is preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable, payroll support, and HR support is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices with approvals, coding, and entry.
• Investigate vendor payment issues and invoice discrepancies.
• Process bi-weekly employee timesheets and payroll information.
• Maintain vendor documentation and records; assist with onboarding and HR setup.
• Prepare budgets, financial projections, and reports; monitor expenditures.
