Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in accounting and payroll.
• Advanced experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and assist with payroll.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile subledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile subsidiary ledgers weekly/monthly.
• Assist with grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
