Job summary

EAE USA INC. is seeking a Finance Specialist to own customer-facing finance processes, including onboarding, documentation, and tax-exemption management.

You will maintain accurate customer master data in SAP and CRM, and support collections while collaborating with Sales, Project Managers, and Accounting. This role requires 2–3 years in AR/credit and strong attention to detail, with SAP/CRM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and master data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Familiarity with IRS Form W-9, EIN verification, and state tax exemption certificates.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy to prevent master data errors.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end new customer onboarding process in SAP/CRM.
• Review onboarding submissions for completeness (legal name, EIN, addresses, contacts, W-9).
• Create and maintain customer master records in CRM and SAP, aligning with W-9 and DBA names.
• Set up contracting entities for large multi-entity customers with separate records and EINs.
• Validate ship-to addresses and tax jurisdiction codes; reconcile CRM-SAP discrepancies.
• Collect, verify, and file signed W-9s and tax certificates; flag missing documentation.
• Maintain document repository; re-verify tax codes after address changes.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Collect POs and ensure availability for invoicing and processing.
• Contact customers on overdue invoices; coordinate collections to reduce DSO.
