Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage Accounts Receivable and Payable within their U.S. operations. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least a year of related experience, particularly in multinational or electronics sectors.

Key responsibilities include processing payments, managing bank accounts, and supporting various accounting tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are strongly preferred. Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Finance Specialist

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices, freight, customs duties, petty cash, and employee expense reports.
• Prepare and process payments through U.S. banking systems.
• Manage company bank accounts and assist with cash management.
• Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience.
• Experience with multinational companies, foreign banks, or the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed
