Job summary

GCL Technology Holdings Limited is seeking a capable finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting for its U.S. subsidiaries under US GAAP, oversee monthly close, and prepare financial statements.

The role also coordinates with banks, tax agents, and external auditors on cash management and audits, participates in budgeting and forecasting, and supports consolidation and ad-hoc financial analysis for the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of finance experience in the U.S. manufacturing sector.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with U.S. and China teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation for U.S. subsidiaries in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with U.S. banks, tax agents, and external auditors on cash management, tax filings, and annual audit support.
• Track and assist with applications for U.S. clean energy incentives, including documentation and rebate follow-ups.
• Review financial terms in procurement, sales, and service contracts for U.S. operations, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
• Support headquarters with financial data consolidation, internal/external audit requests, and ad-hoc financial analysis reports.
