We are actively interviewing candidates for a Finance Manager (English and Mandarin Chinese) opportunity.

Position Summary

A leading global manufacturer of construction and heavy equipment is expanding its North American presence and building a world-class finance department.

The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations for a growing U.S. business, including financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, month-end close, cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and internal controls. This role will work closely with company leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate financial information, strong processes, and effective financial management. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, or in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be fluent and professionally strong in both Mandarin and English and will be comfortable working within a U.S. branch of an international organization. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, equipment, automotive, industrial, or another international or Chinese-owned company is highly desirable. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, HR, and finance teams at headquarters, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functions.

This position is based in Houston, Texas, and we strongly prefer a Houston-area candidate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a growing organization where they can help establish structure, strengthen processes, and improve financial and accounting practices as the business expands.
