Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Sort Center Learning Trainer in Massachusetts to work with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Associates. You will measure production quality and implement learning tools to improve skills and processes, across multiple production areas.

You will update SOPs, support peak and non-peak training plans, and drive associate development with scalable tools and checklists.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual.
• Able to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Can drive understanding using visual aids and identify when more attention is needed.
• Meet time commitments and deadlines; be goal oriented.
• Check and test for understanding.
