Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to anchor Finance services delivery for a global client in Houston. You will act as the key liaison between client, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery and effective governance.

This on-site role requires strong stakeholder management, SAP S/4HANA familiarity, and experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with exposure to client-facing and global delivery environments.
• Experience in the Chemicals and Energy industry.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a large multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between client, onshore, and offshore teams.
• Manage day-to-day client queries and escalations.
• Drive collaboration across Finance operations teams.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and Finance process discussions.
• Provide status updates and stakeholder communication.
