Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Security Guard for the finance/operations team in Corpus Christi, TX. The role focuses on maintaining a secure environment for residents and associates, greeting visitors, monitoring the building, and responding to emergencies to ensure safety and compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience or training. Fire Safety and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and monitors the entrance and building.
• Monitors inside and outside areas including the parking lot; reports issues to leadership.
• Locks doors on schedule and checks life safety systems.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with disaster management when needed.
• May assist with after-hours leasing inquiries and other duties as assigned.
