Job summary

Brookdale in Austin is seeking a security-minded team member to help keep residents, visitors, and associates safe across the community. You will greet guests, monitor the building and grounds, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role includes helping with after-hours leasing inquiries, driving the community bus when scheduled, and coordinating with leadership during incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Fire safety and CPR/First Aid training required.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for residents and associates.
• Greet visitors and monitor the building and grounds.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocol.
• May handle leasing inquiries after hours and assist with directing calls.
• Drive the bus or community vehicle as scheduled.
• Keep lobby and administrative areas clean and orderly.
