• Proficiency in reviewing revenue and expenses, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial activity.
• Experience with Excel for financial analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to learn, interpret, and apply university financial policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with faculty, staff, participants, vendors, and offices.
• Customer service skills and ability to resolve registration and payment issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including evenings/weekends when needed for Continuing Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial support for UCLA School of Dentistry's Sales and Service activities, including CE and Extension programs.
• Coordinate preparation of Sales and Service Rate Worksheets and required approvals; work with campus accounting on overhead requirements.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; perform reconciliations and financial reporting and analysis.
• Support CE course registration, logistics, records, materials, and communications with enrollees, faculty, instructors, vendors, and staff.
