You will participate in three immersive 8‑month rotations across Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting to accelerate growth into a future leader role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed by May 2027.
• Experience or coursework in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Interest and drive to develop as a future leader at Woodward.

Responsabilités

• Execute financial tasks using established procedures to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
• Apply financial principles to design and development activities within rotations.
• Provide regular updates and documentation on task status for senior team members.
• Identify and resolve standard issues using predefined methods and guidelines.
