You will engage in accredited coursework, mentorship, and leadership development, with relocation across Woodward sites and a strong emphasis on technical finance skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must complete an undergraduate degree by May 2027.
• Two-year Finance Rotation Program with three 8-month rotations in FP&A, SBP, and Corporate Finance.
• Relocation to Woodward sites; relocation support provided.
• Includes accreditation coursework, skills training and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial tasks to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Apply fundamental finance principles to design and development activities.
• Provide regular updates on task status and outcomes to senior staff.
• Resolve standard issues using established methods and guidelines.
