Woodward is seeking top graduates for its two-year Finance Rotation Program. You will rotate through Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting, gaining hands-on experience and leadership development.

Completion of undergraduate degree by May 2027 is required. The program offers competitive compensation, relocation support, and opportunities for advanced degrees while working in Woodward's global engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting completed by May 2027.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple finance functions and teams.

Responsabilités

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across FP&A, SBP, and Corporate Finance.
• Contribute to forecasting, investor support, and SEC reporting.
• Relocate between Woodward US sites for each rotation.
