Job summary

Woodward Inc. seeks a Finance Rotation Program member to accelerate growth as a technical and future business leader. Over two years, you will rotate through Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

Three 8‑month rotations build depth and breadth, with relocation between Woodward's US sites. Expect accredited coursework, mentorship, and performance reviews to prepare you for a future

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree must be completed by May 2027.
Strong analytical and communication skills required.
Willing to relocate for rotations within Woodward's US sites.

Responsibilities

Execute financial tasks using established procedures to support project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion.
Apply foundational finance principles to design and development activities.
Report project progress and outcomes to senior team members.
Resolve standard issues using predefined methods and guidelines.
