Across three immersive 8-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience, relocate to Woodward's US sites, and engage in accredited coursework with mentorship and performance reviews to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Must complete undergraduate degree by May 2027.
• Enrollment in Woodward Finance Rotation Program.
• Willing to relocate to Woodward's US sites for rotations.
• Experience with financial forecasting and SEC reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial tasks to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Apply finance principles to design and development activities.
• Report project progress to senior team members.
• Resolve standard issues using predefined methods and guidelines.
