Woodward is seeking a Finance Rotation Program Member to join a dynamic two-year program across Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting. Rotate across three 8-month assignments and relocate between Woodward US sites.

You will gain hands-on experience, engage in accredited coursework, mentorship, and leadership development, with competitive compensation, relocation support, and opportunities for advanced degrees; ITAR/EAR compliance

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required by May 2027.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Financial Tasks: Completes routine assignments using established procedures to support project objectives.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Works with cross functional departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
• Apply Technical Principles: Utilizes foundational finance theories and practices to contribute to design and development activities.
• Report Project Progress: Provides regular updates and documentation on task status and outcomes for senior team members.
• Resolve Standard Issues: Identifies and addresses common technical problems using predefined methods and guidelines.
