Baker Hughes is launching ASPIRE Associate - Finance, a two-year rotational program for recent graduates in the United States. You will gain broad exposure across finance functions through structured rotations, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and ability to contribute in a collaborative team.
• Geographically mobile, based on role and assignment availability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations and assignments in areas such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations.
• Participate in structured career development activities with coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to business outcomes through the delivery of assigned projects.
• Interact with peers and network with global Finance leaders for exposure and support.
