Baker Hughes is seeking graduates for the ASPIRE Associate - Finance program in the United States. The two-year rotational training program builds finance, accounting, business, and leadership capabilities through structured development, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• Recent degree completion within last 24 months.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.

The ASPIRE program is a two-year rotational and training program designed to inspire and guide recent graduates through career-shaping experiences. Through structured development, rotational assignments, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration, participants build the technical, business, and leadership capabilities needed to succeed at Baker Hughes. Upon completing the program, participants are expected to continue their careers within the company, applying their experience and contributing to our purpose of rewriting the energy equation.

Within Finance, the program combines rotational assignments with formal learning in finance, accounting, business, and leadership. Participants gain broad exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing Finance teams and build a strong foundation for future leadership.

Fuel your passion

• Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months.
• Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team.
• Be geographically mobile, based on role and assignment availability.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,866 - $83,000

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
