Job summary

Air Liquide in Houston, TX invites applications for the ALLEX Rotational Program Participant - Finance. The program provides three, eight-month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, designed to accelerate development in finance and related areas.

Successful candidates will have a finance-related bachelor’s degree, graduation expected in May 2027, and a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Relocation and housing arrangements are required for participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Expected graduation May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.2 (4.0 scale).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in future.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the US during/post program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ALLEX Rotational Program with three, eight-month assignments across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions.
• Develop critical industry knowledge, practical skills and hands-on experience in multiple teams.
• Upon successful program completion, transition to a full-time position within the organization.
