Early placement into a full-time role follows successful program completion. Required: Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, graduation May 2027, 3.2 GPA, willingness to relocate nationwide, co‑op/intern experience, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduation expected May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.2 (4.0 scale).
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the US.
• Co-op or intern experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ALLEX rotational assignments across Technical, Operations, Project or Business.
• Engage in challenging projects to build industry knowledge and practical skills.
• Transition to a full-time role after program completion.
