Job summary

Air Liquide’s ALLEX Rotational Program offers a 24-month pathway for college graduates to gain broad exposure across Technical, Operations, Project and Business functions in the United States from Houston, TX. Rotational assignments build critical industry knowledge and practical skills while preparing you for a full-time role.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, expect May 2027 graduation, a 3.2 GPA, and willingness to relocate and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
• Expected graduation of May 2027
• Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work
• Must secure and finance own housing
• Previous co-op or intern experience required
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization
• Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity
• Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the program
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in the industrial gas industry

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ALLEX Rotational Program with three, eight-month assignments across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate development of industry knowledge and hands-on experience
• Upon successful completion, transition into a full-time position within the organization
• Relocate within the US as needed during and after the program
