Applicants should be graduating May 2027 with a Finance/Accounting/Business degree, a 3.2 GPA, and willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. The program emphasizes analytical thinking, communication, and mobility for diverse career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Expected graduation of May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 (on 4.0 scale).
• Must provide own daily transportation to/from work.
• Must secure and finance own housing.
• Previous co-op or intern experience required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Able to work with all levels of employees and management.
• Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity.
• Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon program completion.
