The program blends hands-on assignments with mentorship and professional development in a hybrid setting. You will rotate with experienced professionals, gain cross-functional experience, and have placement upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in work, school, or community.
• Related internship or work experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Finance Foundations, Accounting, Cost Accounting, and FP&A.
• Work on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with mentors and direct managers across rotations.
