This three-year development program offers three one-year rotations across corporate finance, exposure to FP&A, Controllership, and Global Business Solutions, with training, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field completed by start date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and be innovative.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across corporate finance functions over the three-year program.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and month-end activities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and financial performance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Build knowledge of financial controls, accounting principles, and corporate processes.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development.
