Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Finance Rotational Analyst to join our Summer 2027 program at the Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The three-year program includes three one-year rotations across corporate finance areas such as FP&A, Controllership, and GBS.

Analysts will support planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and month-end activities; partner with cross-functional teams; and develop presentations and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by start date.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and think innovatively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across corporate finance functions over three years.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and month-end activities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and financial performance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of controls, accounting principles, and corporate processes.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development.
