Job summary

Roche seeks individuals for a two-year Rotational Program in Finance Insights & Data Analysis. You will rotate through four assignments (3–8 months each) across critical finance areas and may lead as a Product Owner in one rotation.

A mentor will support your development as you progress toward Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles. The program targets recent graduates with a 3.0+ GPA in Finance/Accounting/Business/Informatics and 1–2 years of experience, including internships.

The Must-Haves
  • Background: Recent college undergraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Informatics, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Experience: Between one and two years of work experience, including internships.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional structured problem-solving, strategic analytical, and agility skills to simplify complex information into clear, synthesized insights.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills enabling collaboration within local and global networks.
    • Passion for financial modeling, investment valuation, and trade‐off analysis.
  • Bonus: Prior working or internship experience in public accounting, management consulting, or the healthcare sector.
