Job summary

Roche seeks individuals for a two-year Rotational Program in Finance Insights & Data Analysis. You will rotate through four assignments (3–8 months each) across critical finance areas and may lead as a Product Owner in one rotation.

A mentor will support your development as you progress toward Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles. The program targets recent graduates with a 3.0+ GPA in Finance/Accounting/Business/Informatics and 1–2 years of experience, including internships.

Qualifications

• Background: Recent college undergraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Informatics, GPA 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Rotate: complete four assignments over two years, each 3–8 months.
• Explore: gain exposure to Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, R&D Innovation, and other finance projects.
• Lead: assume a leadership role such as Product Owner in at least one rotation.
• Mentor: work with a mentor via Steering Committee and senior managers.
• Progress: be considered for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles after program completion.
