Summary:
The Finance Career Rotation Program is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate finance professional development. This program is comprised of three, 8-month rotational assignments where you’ll sharpen your technical skills, increase your leadership acumen, and gain exposure across our business. Following the successful completion of all rotational assignments, final placement will be made within the finance organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysts in the Finance Rotation Program will complete rotations across a variety of finance and strategy-focused business units, including Segment Risk, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Tax. All rotations are based in Columbus, Ohio.
