Whether we’re breaking down meaningful analytics, designing the perfect finance platforms, or building from current risk and compliance models to get ready for the future, we solve our clients’ toughest problems.

You are:

An expert decision-maker and a clear communicator. You’re always looking for better and more efficient ways to manage risk. When you say its time to bring in new solutions or change the way things are done, clients listen. They know you’ll walk them through the process – in person and on paper. Everyone’s happy, because they have the right tools to stay compliant and new ways to create value.

The work:
Delivery Execution
  1. Manage project teams and support in the development of deliverables
  2. Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services and organizations

  5. Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce
  6. Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience
Sales & Origination
  1. Help the campaign drive forward by diagnosing problems and creating the business cases to show why clients need to consider transformations moving forward
  2. Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  3. Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
  4. Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' business and ours
Here’s what you need:
  1. 3 years' experience in a finance, risk or compliance role for a management consulting firm serving the financial services industry
  2. 5 years' experience working in Finance, Risk or Compliance within the banking, capital markets, wealth management, retirement or payment industries (including knowledge of the Basel Accord, Dodd Frank, FBO, FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, OCC, FDIC, CCAR, etc.)
  3. 3 years' experience in one or more of the following: Audit, Risk and Controls, Fraud, FinCrime, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring
  4. 2 years' experience in regulatory guidance or compliance domain
  5. Bachelor's degree
Bonus points if you have:
  1. Transformation strategy or operating model design experience
  2. Ability to support the creation of business cases that are the basis for large enterprise-wide initiatives
  3. Experience in building next generation analytics capabilities (e.g., GenAI, data models) in the Finance, Risk and Compliance space
  4. Knowledge about risk operating models, regulatory must-dos, and compliance standards
  5. Understanding of compliance process design and re-engineering
Professional Qualifications
  1. Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  2. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  3. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  4. Good time management skills and the ability to balance project work and proposals/business development at once
