Job description

TEKsystems has a client in the Financial Services sector seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee their SAP S4 Greenfield Project. This role is part of the Business Change & Transformation team, leading a transformational initiative within the Finance function to deliver long-term benefits for the business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, develop, and maintain the overall program plan, including dependencies, resources, and budget.
2. Manage the scope across multiple workstreams and teams.
3. Engage stakeholders effectively and develop comprehensive communication plans.
4. Chair Steering Committee meetings and Working Groups to report progress and drive decisions.
5. Manage external vendors to ensure successful delivery and prioritize tasks accordingly.
6. Lead the delivery team, including project managers, business SMEs, and technology specialists.
7. Partner with business leadership to strategize and achieve program goals.
8. Demonstrate a proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects, especially vendor implementations.
9. Hold PMP certification.
10. Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of engaging at executive levels.
11. Manage challenging stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.

Additional Details:

Pay Range: $100.00 - $130.00/hr.
