Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Paralegal to join the Finance & Restructuring team in Salt Lake City or Phoenix. You’ll support attorneys with closing books, UCC filings, and bankruptcy documents while maintaining files and ensuring client service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or completion of a paralegal program, plus at least one year of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program.

Aufgaben

• Assemble closing books.
• Order UCC/lien searches and prepare summaries of results.
• Prepare and file UCC financing statements on subject entities.
• Prepare simple bankruptcy and other documents.
• Draft correspondence of a limited nature.
• Obtain documents from state agencies.
• Maintain files, assemble information and prepare materials for attorney.
• May be requested to perform other duties not listed above.
