The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of law firm experience with bankruptcy matters and will manage case files, conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist with court filings and fee applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a law firm.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy laws and local jurisdiction rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical, administrative, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Case Management and Administration: manage case files, monitor deadlines, prepare fee statements and applications.
• Legal Research and Citation: conduct research, perform cite-checking and Shepardizing.
• Document Drafting and Filing: draft bankruptcy documents and file via CM/ECF, coordinate service.
• Trial and Hearing Support: assist with bankruptcy hearings preparation.
• Review time entries for compliance with guidelines.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
