Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking a Restructuring Paralegal to support the Restructuring Department in a leading international law firm.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience handling restructuring matters, will conduct legal research, manage case files, draft bankruptcy documents, and help prepare fee applications and court filings, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago or New York.

• Manage and maintain case files, monitor dockets, and track critical case deadlines across multiple simultaneous matters.
• Assist with first day filing preparation and coordinate all phases of case administration.
• Prepare monthly fee statements and interim and final fee applications.
• Review time entries for compliance with U.S. Trustee guidelines.
• Draft standard bankruptcy documents and file through CM/ECF; coordinate service of documents.
