Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Evansville is seeking an Operations Analyst for the Distribution Center to compile, analyze, and distribute production and budget reports and to support forecasting and expense tracking.

You will work with Finance and building management, review payroll data in UKG Pro, and process invoices and purchase orders. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills

• Proven strong administrative and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Compiles, monitors and distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production reports.
• Analyzes supply invoices and purchase orders for proper pricing and quantity; contacts vendors.
• Monitors monthly EAS report and creates/submits journal entries to EP to correct errors.
• Receives and stores payroll registers; ensures hours match UKG Pro for reporting.
• Produces annual building payroll, production and expense budgets; liaises with Finance.
• Monitor building supply levels and coordinate orders and distribution.
