Job summary

Loft: Space Made Simple is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations in Golden, CO. You will own monthly close, reporting for management, lenders, and investors, and drive SOX-compliant processes while guiding the GL and automation initiatives.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge and CPA credentials, with leadership over annual reporting and intercompany consolidation. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public company SEC reporting or Big 4 background.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to lead annual financial reporting and audits.
• Ability to translate complex accounting issues into clear guidance.
• Willingness to drive automation and use modern tech in the function.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting materials for management, lenders, and investors.
• Lead technical accounting guidance and apply new standards.
• Oversee annual financial statements package and external audit liaison.
• Develop policies, procedures, and SOX controls.
• Manage consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and TB reviews.
