Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Finance Coordinator to maintain accurate financial records and support the Finance Manager across operational tasks at Wahweap. You will help ensure compliance with policies, assist with reporting, and collaborate with multiple departments to support financial health.

Your duties include basic accounting, data entry, and assisting with asset management using CRM tools, while upholding accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1–2 years in accounting, finance or clerical roles in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, and post business transactions including invoices, payments, refunds and adjustments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve report discrepancies.
• Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, statements and reports for accuracy.
