Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting, finance or clerical experience in a high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact across teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to perform lifting or standing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, and post transactions including invoices, payments, refunds, and adjustments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in reports.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, account statements, and financial reports for accuracy.
• Audit invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and process payments.
• Assist in weekly/monthly operating reports detailing revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Provide clerical support and data entry; respond to financial inquiries.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support process improvements.
