Job summary

Aramark, Fresno-based, seeks a Finance Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations including sales reconciliations, payroll processing, and AP/AR functions. Partners with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure timely reporting and policy compliance.

The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, plus attention to detail and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of accounting, finance, or clerical experience in a high-volume environment recommended.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes; proficient Excel use.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales & Revenue Activities: review, reconcile, and record daily sales activity; verify transactions.
• Payroll Support: collect, review, and validate timekeeping records; assist with payroll processing.
• Accounting Support: assist with financial analysis, ad hoc reports, and compliance with policies.
