Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager, Finance Professional Development Program to oversee the premier undergraduate rotational program. You will manage participant experience, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and development across regions, while partnering with finance leaders and talent teams.

The role guides approximately 40 participants and drives continuous improvement. You will coordinate events, manage rotations, planning, budgeting, and global mobility, and ensure accurate program data in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience in Finance, HR, Talent Development, or related discipline.
Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment of Finance Interns and FPDP participants annually and lead onboarding.
Coach and support participant development with feedback and guidance.
Oversee program committees and partner with stakeholders to align objectives.
Plan FPDP events, learnings, and coordinate with vendors and regional teams.
Manage interviews, rotations, development plans, and global mobility.
Oversee procurement, budgeting, and housing/relocation services.
Maintain FPDP data in Workday and update SharePoint site.
Travel 15–20% domestically and internationally.
