Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager for the Finance Professional Development Program to lead and optimize the undergraduate rotational program globally. You will coordinate internships, select FPDP participants, and guide career development across regions, ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and effective program governance.

You will coach cohorts, lead committees, manage events, and oversee budgeting, mobility, and vendor relationships while maintaining accurate records in Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, HR, Talent Development, or related discipline.
• Strong program management, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing talent in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of approximately 30 Finance Summer Interns annually through campus recruitment activities and sourcing initiatives.
• Support recruitment and selection of approximately 20 FPDP participants annually and lead onboarding activities.
• Foster participant development through coaching, career guidance, and performance feedback.
• Provide leadership to four participant-led program committees and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate FPDP events and learning experiences with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage core processes: interviews, rotational planning, development planning, and global mobility.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and payments for program services including housing and relocation.
• Maintain partnerships with Recruiting Team Captains, Regional Champions, ATD, and Early Careers teams for program effectiveness.
