Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment of approximately 30 Finance Summer Interns annually through campus recruiting activities, professional organization events, and internal and external talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment and selection of approximately 20 new FPDP participants annually and lead onboarding activities.
  • Foster participant development through regular coaching, career guidance, performance feedback, and ongoing support.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to four participant-led program committees, ensuring alignment with program objectives and professional development goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute FPDP events and learning experiences in partnership with program members, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage core program processes, including participant interviews, rotational assignment planning and matching, development planning, and global mobility support.
  • Oversee procurement, budgeting, and payment processes associated with program services, including training programs, housing arrangements, and relocation-related services.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Recruiting Team Captains, Regional Champions, Abbott Talent Development (ATD), and Early Careers teams.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and program data within Workday.
  • Manage FPDP SharePoint site and other program communication resources.
  • Travel approximately 15-20%, including domestic and international travel.
