Job summary

Abbott Laboratories invites applications for a finance/accounting intern to join our FPDP rotational program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience across corporate finance, manufacturing accounting, and other finance functions.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s program, plan to complete at least three accounting courses, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This internship supports professional development within a global health company.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship.
• Pursuing bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting related discipline.
• Before graduation, planning to complete minimum of 3 Accounting classes (one 3-4 credit hour accounting course needs to be cost accounting).
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support FPDP rotations across corporate and operating units.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with finance partners on projects and initiatives.
• Develop communication and analytical skills through hands-on assignments.
