Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Program Cost Controls analyst to support a major program. The role focuses on EVMS, EACs, IPMDAR, and external reporting, partnering with the Program Director, CAMs, and IPT Leads to ensure accurate financial execution. Onsite work is required at the Tucson location.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with several years of finance experience or an advanced degree with fewer years, plus TS clearance and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years finance experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Top-Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
• Support Estimates-at-Complete (EACs) and External Reporting (IPMDAR).
• Provide EVMS analysis using BW, A/O, forProject, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite.
• Collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders on financial reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
