Job summary

Raytheon Technologies’ McKinney site is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) and EO/IRS programs. You will manage cost/schedule control, forecast, and performance reporting for multiple programs, collaborating with program managers and CAMs.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience; SAP and Excel skills are essential. PRISM EV is a plus, and strong communication helps drive program financials.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience using SAP business systems.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.
