Job summary

MGM Resorts International, based in the US, seeks a Process Specialist to support the department's business processes within the Finance Shared Services Center. You will perform data entry, apply analytical skills, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to implement and maintain business solutions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and process improvement. The starting rate is $25.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual with English as primary or secondary language preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
• Gaming registration/work permit/licensed as required in jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Support and maintain effective communication with internal customers across units.
• Participate in project development, design, and measurement, ensuring control activities.
• Participate in LEAN training and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Support company strategies and departmental performance.
• Adhere to policies to ensure successful internal/external audits.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate them.
• Demonstrate proficiency in systems used in job functions.
