Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in shared services or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily departmental tasks and audit daily work for integrity.
• Support and maintain effective communication with internal customers and business units.
• Participate in project design, measurement, and ensure analytical and control activities operate effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service quality across the Finance Shared Services Center.
• Support company strategies and adhere to department policies for audits.
